How to start my own gourmet treats business from home for sell via the internet? What steps do I need to take?

I am a married stay at home mom of 3 boys. My husband works but at this time one income is not enough for a family. I love to bake and make desserts. I am looking for info on how to start my own business online to sell my desserts. How about Tastefully Simple are you familiar with them? I have a friends in Reading Pa that sells it she loves it because it does sell its self. You basically pass around food everyone eats and has a good time and the products make great gift too. I have a show for her every year and my friends always look forward to it.
